This architectural built home has a large lounge dinning area including a fire place that overlooks the stunning Port Phillip Bay, A large modern and highly equipped kitchen, separate laundry with outdoor clothesline and attractive private courtyard with BBQ. The home has both central heating and air conditioning. The house is fully furnished. We are only 6km from the CBD. Transport to the city is available, through multiple bus routes which are situated very close to the house and the 109 tram .
