I’m looking for a FEMALE to rent out a room in the townhouse I own and live in, at $220⁄week with shared bills. Please this room is available to females only. It’s a 4BR townhouse with 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas. It’s only 750m walking distance from Strathmore station and walking distance to Goodlife Essendon. It’s a 20 minute train ride to the city, or about 14 minutes drive on tolled roads (~25 minutes on non-toll roads). The townhouse is furnished and the bedrooms have built in robes. Pets are not allowed and utility bills would be shared. We are currently 3 females who are laid back and enjoy keeping fit.
