LOOKING for a Summer Sublease $ 1.350 Austin, TX (78741) HELP PLEASE: I’m a student at the University of Texas at Austin, and I’ll be in Manhattan from June 2nd to mid-August (potentially longer) on an advertising internship with DigitasLBi. Unfortunately the date is coming up fast (less than a week), and I still haven’t found a room. So, if you or any of your friends know of any subleases or great rooms for the summer, please PM me. I’m looking to spend around $1,350 a month for the three months I will be subleasing this summer. Would love to have a spot as close to Midtown as possible, but definitely need to keep commute below 35 minutes to the Flatiron District (So Williamsburg, UES/UWS, etc. are good). Also, furnished rooms are a huge plus. All is negotiable, and I really look forward to hearing from you guys! Here’s a bit about myself: I’m an Advertising student recently graduated from the TexasMedia Sequence at the University of Texas at Austin. I’m very respectful of others’ space, very clean and organized (and hope the same for those around me). In my free time, I enjoy working out, running and exploring new sceneries, trying out new restaurants, reading/writing in cool new spots, binging on HBO/Netflix/Showtime episodes, but that’s if I actually have free time because it seems that I find a way to work 24/7. I’m more on the quiet side as I am not home too often (often go to the gym and coffee shops when I’m not at work). I love listening to EDM and enjoy live music when I get a chance.
