URGENT: Need someone to take over my lease! $ 995 Calgary, Alberta Somebody was supposed to be taking my lease over today but they screwed me over last minute so I really need to find someone urgently! I am looking for someone to take over my lease for June 17th, or later. July or August 1st could also be arranged. The lease goes until January 31, 2017. Located in Bridgeland. It’s $995 a month, all utilities, cable, and Internet are included. They are cat friendly, with a non refundable pet fee. Parking is located behind the building and is included in the rent. Will come partially furnished (reclining couch, over-the-toilet shelf, and rug if you wanted. Damage deposit is $750 but can be negotiated. Serious inquiries only please.
