Hello guys! Straight to the point: I got an email about a place that is open in Guttenberg NJ. The address is 6809 Bellevue Ave, Guttenberg NJ 07093 There are express/local buses that run 24/7, only 20 minutes away from Port of Authority (42 Street). I am looking for a roommate (preferably someone to use the 1 bedroom and livingroom; music, art, fashion related). We have a spacious livingroom that can be used as a separate office space. Price: 1 bedroom $650 1bedroom/livingroom $1,000 I have discounted the price for someone who wants both the 1bedroom/livingroom. The house is right across the water so the view is absolutely amazing. There are also two garage spaces if you wish to bring a car. Also, we have a backyard in great shape for bbq-ing I never came across to find a place with a great location, price, and quality as the house here. I’d love to move into this place if I can find one more lovely roommate, don’t think I’d be able to find a place like this ever. I commute back and forth from the city everyday and never had a problem with the local/express buses. Also, I have pictures if you’d like to see them.
