Hi everyone i have a room available from 22th of may in north melbourne. this room is huge as you can see from pics and furnished as in pictures (double bed matress, drawer and bulit in robe). there are lots of spaces to bring your stuff in if you have some furniture smile it’s 210 per week and $950 permonth including all the bills except eletricity which is about $30 per month this place is on flemington road in north melbourne and takes 10-15 minutes to get to the city. tram stops right in front of house (57, 59) this is friendly house but not a party house im looking for someone that is non-smoker, tidy and have house-share experiences *Sorry no couples and no short-term if you are interested plz txt me thanks! smile
