Hi girls!! Two of my Flatmates are moving out on the next days and we’re looking for 2 nice easy going and organised girls to complete our lovely home We are 3 really easy going young girls (21-25 years) that study and work here. If it’s sunny and we’re not working you’ll probably find us laying down at the beach. We like to get home hang around the living room have a chat have a glass of wine and chill but we are also respectful of everyone’s own space. Also we like to keep the house clean and tidy a real home. We have 2 spots available: one in a double room and the other one in a triple. Double Room: $190 per week 3 weeks bond ($570) Triple room: $160 per week 3 weeks bond ($480) all bills included in the price except for the remanescent of the electricity bill – which is payed every 3 months -GREAT LOCATION: the apartment it’s on Ocean Street (Bondi) 10 minutes walking to the beach or train station. It’s also near the bus stop cafes and a small supermarket/liquor shop – Everything you need in a house is already there you literally just need to move in – The bedrooms have mirrored built in wardrobes; kitchen and bathroom nice and new – We also have a car spot that is not being used so if you have a car you can use it – There’s a lift in the building If you have any questions wanna chat about the place or come around to see it let me know and we’ll sort that out!
