Looking for a room/sublet from May 1st – Aug 31st. I’m living in Mount Pleasant with a friend that is moving away and I need more time to find a suitable place long-term. Budget $450-700 including utilities/wifi. My preference is within walking distance to the Canada Line (e.g. cambie/broadway) or downtown. I’m quiet clean and friendly. I don’t smoke drink or have pets. I love lady grey tea. This summer I will be improving my creative photography skills spending time in nature and tanning on Wreck Beach.
