Posting for a good friend 32 year old male comedian that lives and works in NY has for about 5 years now, needs a room to rent before April 20th. Open to a short term rental (minimum two months to find something more permanent) or a more long term. Very respectful, easy to get along with and an overall good person. If someone has something that might work please let me know. Preferably a furnished room but again would work around that if need be. Looking for something in the price range of $700-$950.
