room $ 150 Melbourne, Australia Room in thornbury – $150 Melbourne vic Looking for someone to move into a shared house with two lovely, hard working and very clean housemate’s as our third Amigo Luca, is sadly leaving to move back home overseas.. The House Our house is medium-sized, brick, with plenty of light and character. 2km to nearest train but bus stop very close. It has 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms and separate living room. It is a nice, clean and cosy place to be with a lovely chilled vibe. You would be living with Georgia and Shen both working full-time. We have a very spacious backyard with a veggie patch and compost that we are just getting started so if you have green thumbs you are most welcome! The room – Bedroom has hardwood floors and is unfurnished – $150.00 a week not inclusive of bills – Bond one months rent – internet $20.00 for unlimited data What we are looking for We are looking for a responsible, clean and considerate person who wants to become a part of our home for e.g. share the occasional meal with us, and a drink at the local pub every now and then. So, We like a drink here or there but are not crazy partiers and would like you to be the same. Someone who is employed/studying and wants to stay long-term. You MUST like dogs AND cats as we have one of each, Mango, a gorgeous, placid boxer cross and Theodore a handsome, a meek little black kitty.
