Our place is centrally located, only 10 or so mins walk to West Footscray station and around 15 to Yarraville and Seddon stations, shops and cafes. A quick train ride will see you in the city with ease, or if the car is your weapon of choice there’s plenty of parking. Your room has awesome windows, is carpeted with a huge BIR. Its just larger than 3x3m and would suit a double bed. The rent is $140 week and bills are split evenly. We have NBN! The rest of the house is fully furnished with everything you could need. Living/dining room, a fully stocked kitchen, and separate study with space for your desk if you need.We have a washer and drier, and Nigel Thornberry shower curtain to seal the deal. There’s a small courtyard out the back with BBQ and a pending veggie garden. Us: Darcy and F, a twenty something couple who are busy studying, working and enjoying life. We think the environment is pretty darn cool and we like minimising our impact. We also like dogs, outdoor activities and cooking. We have friends over every now and again for dinner and a drink. You: Are likeminded – employed, busy and keen to commit to a years’ lease. You are somewhere within the realms of 25-35 and old hat at sharing. You know how to be tidy and pitch in around the house. You are happy to have a chat over a shared meal or drink when we can. You don’t smoke. Our landlord will need to have a quick look over your details, so you have a decent rental history.
