Hi all, One room available for rent from the 18th of April till the 29th of July in Mill Park. You’ll be living with 3 other housemates, each in their mid-20’s. Rent is $110 p/w plus utilities. The place is a five minute walk from Stables Shopping Centre and 50 metres away from the 564 bus-stop to South Morang Station/86 tram. Bedroom is generously sized (enough for a King-single, large desk, and a chest of drawers) with a built-in-wardrobe. The house includes high-speed NBN, roller blinds and a BBQ under the pergola in the entertaining area.
