The bedroom is equipped with one queen bed, and basics furniture’s. Around the House: -Quiet neighborhood and Rupert park near by -Bus lines # 9 and express 99 within 5 minutes’ walk – Canadian superstore, Walmart, BC liquor store and both Renfrew and Rupert skytrain stations within 10 min of walking. The house is to be shared with two other easy going people. (English and Spanish speaking), and the room is available starting March 27th. Rent is $433 per month plus shared utilities (around $60 per person per month during winter, $40 during summer). Deposit is $200. Looking for a mellow and easy going housemate.
