You would be living with a mid-late 20’s couple, both of us are easy to live with as were both very laid back, friendly & approachable. 1 bedroom is available for rent, room has a built robe & ceiling fan. The house has heating & cooling, a double car garage and nice private backyard. Bills will be included (water, gas & electricity), currently we dont have internet but it could be arranged if wanted as we have the connections available, 1 week bond upfront will also be required.
