temp room in best part of Brunswick! – 2 months – $ 720 — Melbourne Dear room seekers: Starting this week (or anywhere up to the 1st of April) I will be subletting my lovely room in Brunswick until June 1st. The room comes with 3 of the most awesome, laid back, well-travelled roomies, who are in early thirties and enjoy a good chat and a social drink in the extensive back yard/garden area. They are also known to offer the occasional incredible home-made meal. No one could ever get lonely in this house, although everyone’s privacy and alone time is well respected. The room is completely furnished, and I will remove all personal belongings so you can easily feel at home and have enough space to store your stuff. The room is $720 a month plus bills and if you promise to treat my furniture with respect, I will not ask for any bond! The house offers internet, a fully equipped kitchen, free on-street parking, a washing machine, the cutest house cat and 2 snuggly pet rats, and a vegetable garden. The house is located right between the best parts of the Lygon Street and Sydney Road. It offers heaps of different public transport options to anywhere in the city (#19, #1 and #8 trams 5 mins, train station 10 mins, and several busses).
