We have a furnished room (unfurnished on request.) available on the 4th of April, in our homely two bedroom apartment in Neutral Bay. Suitable for single or couple. We are a 30 year old professional Australian couple and we have been here for 6 years. We have had a few flat mates and we’re more than happy to share our home. $300 per week includes all bills (electricity, water, unlimited wifi internet, and foxtel. Excludes your own personal bills.) We have a huge range of DVDs, wii, Google chrome box, 2 coffee machines, microwave, dishwasher, and shared laundry downstairs. Your room has a beautiful view over North Sydney and the shared balcony upstairs has a view over most of the city, which is great to watch the NYE fireworks from! We are about a five minute walk from city busses, oaks hotel, Coles, and about a 20 minute walk to North Sydney train station and Kirribilli train station. Plenty of on street parking available too. We are often out on weekends and usually home quite late in the week so you will get the place to yourself a lot.
