I am looking for someone to fill a room in my 3 bedroom when one of my roommates moves for grad school in September. Move in: 9/1 Rent: $800 plus Utilities Location: Corner of South Huntington Ave and Centre St., Jamaica Plain Our place is huge! We have a living room, dining room, foyer and kitchen, plus a porch and back yard. Free laundry in unit. Dishwasher. I am a grad student in education, roommate #2 is 26 and works in healthcare. She has an adorable Australian Shepard. Though the room is not open until September my landlord needs our new roommate committed to taking over the room 9/1 when we sign our lease in June. So we need someone ASAP!
