Property: My boyfriend moved out of his place as we just bought an apartment together and he is looking for someone to take his room at his place now! Rent is $600 due by the 30th of every month and utilities are a flat rate (which is great!) of $200 and includes all utilities, cable, wifi & parking. Rate can be discussed to get in quick! The house is in great condition (4 level split) and the landlord is also a tenant so anything you need is taken care of on the spot. There are two bedrooms upstairs, a fully loaded kitchen and living room on the main level, the tv/gaming room and access to backyard/garage on the 3rd level and laundry and gym with Bowflex in the basement with another bedroom. There are two guys that live there, Shayne in the basement and Connor (landlord) upstairs with his dog Wallace. You will have the second room room upstairs with your own full bathroom right across. The room fits a dresser, shelf, tv and queen bed comfortably. I can also leave a desk, TV stand, dresser, & drawer in the bedroom if you need furniture! All you have to bring is your bed! You are close to a gym/fitness centre (Viva), public library, superstore, movie theatre and a complex that has basically anything you can think of! The house is 5 minutes off of Stoney and Country Hills and 10 minutes from the airport. There is also a bus stop 5 minutes walking distance. He loved living here and we are sad to go!
