Emergency nursing has been my specialty. My husband Drew, lives here with me. He is ex-navy and is currently a security officer. We have small pets who are adorable, loving and very cuddly. We have 2 sons. They have both now moved out and attending university. Between my husband and I, we have traveled to most of Asia, India, Greece, Holland, Cyprus, New York, San Francisco and many other states in the USA, also Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, Montreal and many other provinces. We have loved travelling. We enjoy long drives, walks etc., Love entertaining family and friends. We do not like drinking too much alcohol, occasional glass of wine, we are non-smokers. We are very spiritual, easy going, relaxed people. We live in the heart of Vancouver. 24hr coffee shops and restaurants, We are walking distance to 2 libraries, museum, aquatic center, Stanley park, Canada Place, Science world, Exhibition Center, Olympic Cauldron, China town, Gas town, multiple beaches, Aquatic Center, 3 community centres, YMCA, Robson Street, night life of Granville and Davie St, Granville Island. Walking distance to skytrain, Canada Line, Seabus, Walking distance to buses. Easy route to Grouse mountain for skiing, snowboarding and snow shoeing, hiking. 1 bus ride to whistler. We don’t have too many rules. We like our guests and family members to be nice to our pets as they are so friendly. Our pets are not allowed in the room we rent unless the tenant wishes them to. Rules for student will be same as for our sons. Clean after yourself in the kitchen etc., you are responsible for cleaning your room, and maintain adequet personal hygiene. Respect, honesty and love is the most important. Please no parties. No loud yelling etc., No set day for laundry, you can do your laundry as needed. Bed linen, laundry detergent and towels are provided.
