The goddess home is looking for 1 new roommate.
We occupy the main floor of a home, 3 bedroom on dominion street, 7 min walk to Gilmore station and creating a small community based on honest communication, healing, joy, creativity and expansion.
We are looking for someone who is conscious of the energy they bring into the home and conscious of their actions and thoughts; we treat our home like a sacred healing space where we care about the home, how it feels here and how each other feels also.
Wild dancing time is a must but also quiet alone time and most of the time my home is a place where I come to relax, sleep, be with my animals, meditate, do yoga, and share food with loved ones.
This is also where I practice massage and will have massage clients coming in for treatments.
My roommate works on building movie sets, also works with metal and loves cooking, coffee, tea and beer, is very knowledgable in those and has even filmed a documentary about coffee in Columbia.
I’m looking for someone with whom we can deeply respect each other’s needs and practice compassion and understanding even when it’s easier not to.
I want to keep working on creating clear communication, someone I can bring things up to and who can bring things up with me; kind communication is at the top of the list.
The ability to really be myself and for you to be yourself and express even things that are uncomfortable and being aware of when we take things personally can create a lot of magical and expanding experiences for everyone!!
I highly value my emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being and looking to share a space with someone who understands that within themselves, is practicing that also and takes responsibility for it within themselves.
If you want to live here, you need to be someone who takes initiative with cleaning and responsibility for the space. Someone who has experience living with many other people and or has been responsible for a home.
Having a super clean and organized space is deeply important to us.
We recycle, compost and clean up after ourselves, you will be responsible for taking turns with taking out recycling, compost, garbage and deep cleans also.
I have incredible, fun, funny and sweet animals so someone who likes to be around them
I love to dance, make deliscious food, be in nature, cuddle with furry creatures, travel, have wild adventures, go mushroom picking, stay active, holistic healing, learn new things and skills, paint, make jewelry and just create anything in general, sing, write, practice reiki, yoga, meditation and be with loved ones.
I also love and need a lot of introverted alone time when I’m home so someone who can appreciate and respect the quiet and enjoys it also.
I work with aromatherapy and use it at home always. We are committed to using clean all natural products and looking for someone who understands the importance of fresh air.
This is not a party house although we love to have people over and do have occasional gatherings.
The home includes laundry in suite, water filtration system, a wood burning fire place that we love to use, hammock, wifi, vitamix, juicer, food processor, dehydrator, bathtub lovely animals and humans, all bills included, $675 per month for a spacious room with north facing windows where you can see the mountain tops. It stays really warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
We also have the use of the front yard and some space to garden.
This seems like a cool hang out for birds, there is an eagles nest with two at a park two blocks away, a hawks nest, humming birds are always around and crows come here every night to sleep. I see eagles quite often soar right by the house.
Walking distance to a shopping centre with save on foods, winners, whole foods and others. Also walking distance to superstore, wal mart, pet stores, Home Depot.
