Quiet and responsible couple in late 20s/early 30s moving from Montreal looking to take over lease for a large 1 bdrm for July or August (at the latest)..must be pet friendly as we will be moving with a small well behaved cat. I would love something somewhat centrally located in the city (as in not surrey/burnaby/coquitlam/new west, etc)and am willing to spend 1200 a month on rent. Non-smokers ,references available upon request, and we have friends and family in Vancouver who can help with some of the communication /look at a place on our behalf before moving out there.
