There is a fenced back yard. Rent is $1200/month. That includes weekly trash pickup. Tenant will be responsible for water,gas, electricity, mowing, and snow removal. There is also some nice landscaping (especially in the front) there’s beds in the back too, but that doesn’t seem to be as many flowering plants..a lot of just “greenery”. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher. Refrigerator and stove (currently gas) are included. We will also leave a microwave. There is a washer and dryer that will be left with the house, but tenant will be responsible for providing their own if the washer and dryer go out. (Currently they both work and we’ve had no issues) One small pet may be considered, but will need to be mentioned right away. $600 deposit. Please have good rental history and steady employment. My husband and I are currently renting it. Our lease is up at the end of June, but we could be out earlier if the right tenant is found. We respect our landlords and are honored to have had the opportunity to live in their rental home. They are wonderful and are super prompt when they are needed! We are just helping them find possible tenants. It’s a beautiful home! Hardwood floors in bedrooms, hallway, and living room. Tile in Kitchen and bathroom. The basement is carpeted (the carpet is old, but with a good clean it might be nice! We only use the basement for storage though so it doesn’t bother us) and holds one of the bathrooms(linoleum floor) There is a nice little space downstairs that would be great for a guest bedroom (obviously non-conforming). Washer and dryer are downstairs also. I can post inside pictures later…I just wanted to get a FYI out about a nice rental opening up!
