The house is at 132nd and Hamilton (between Dodge and Blondo) in the Ridgefield Subdivision. There are two large living rooms and a hot tub on the deck of the house. Walking trails in Linden Estates Park are one block away. The room is $500 per month no utilities and no lease but I ask that someone at least commit to 12 months. Three girls (33, 22 and 28) and one guy (34) live in the house. We are currently showing the space to interested tenants and prefer a girl but will also show the house to guys before we make our decision. I attached photos of the bedroom, shared bathroom and the house. I have an 11 year-old-son that visits every other weekend. I promised my roommates that he would be the only child living in the house so no more kids. One roommate has a miniature greyhound and another roommate has a miniature pomeranian. They are adorable, don’t smell bad and hardly ever bark. All of us are quiet and keep to ourselves. Our last roommate was disruptive and had too many parties/guests so she was not a good fit so we would like our next roommate to be more like us. No drugs or cats..
