We have WiFi, and TV cable ready but will turn it on as soon as you move in. We have closet with door. The door for that room does have lock. Bathroom is on your own however if there is another roommate then it will be shared bathroom. There is no dresser. Ulitities/water are included. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the House or nearby the house. We have two labradoodle dogs and a cat. They are very friendly and usually not bother u at all. You are more than welcome to use the living room, family room, kitchen, and nook area. You can use our kitchen equipments, refrigerator, and two shelves cabinet area. If you plan to live alone, it would cost $900 per month or a couple costs $1,000 per month. You can park at the street. There is one grocery store (Safeway), Target, TJMaxx, WalMart, Lowe’s nearby within 3 miles. There is also a great Livermore downtown with more than 40 restaurants, more than 40 wineries nearby.
