APT DESCRIPTION Located in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn, the building is on a corner and the apartment is on the second floor of a three-story walk-up. This apartment has a unique layout rarely seen in New York City with two bedrooms and a guest room/office space that can be shared between both roommates. There are two separate entrances from the hallway one to the front, where the available room is, and the second entrance to the back where the guest room and other roommate lives (myself). There are two living rooms on either end of the apartment that are also shared between both roommates and can be closed off for more privacy if need be. The front living room has lots of sunlight and it’s furnished but possible to make room for other furnishings. There are also an abundant of house plants throughout the flat for good indoor oxygen, and for those who like to cook there are fresh herbs available, basil and rosemary. Kitchen is fully stocked and doesn’t really need anything but will definitely consider and make room for your favorite mugs and kitchen things. Bathroom is rather spacious with tub, large medicine cabinet, and storage available below sink cabinetry. They are both located in the center of the apartment and are accessible from either side of the two living rooms, no need to exit into the hallway to get anywhere. The adjacent living room to the bedroom has a very large closet L 6.6′ x W 22” x H 6.8” and more storage space above.
