SEEKING PRIVATE ROOM/STUDIO JUNE 1st. Hey guyssssss. I’m looking for a private furnished room or a studio (or ish situation – no need to be furnished) in Brooklyn. I’d love to live in Williamsburg or Fort Greene but I’m open to other areas as long as it’s safe. My move in date is June 1st but I can do late May. My budget is $1000 TOPS for a room (all included) and $1500 TOPS for the studio. Ideally sublet/month to month or similiar. I’m a student and full time nanny so, signing a lease it’s not possible, although I want something longterm (at least 6 months). I can sign an agreement and provide income proof. About me: I’m a happy 24 year old hard worker. My hours are 8a-7p M-F and I also work on the weekends sometimes. I don’t smoke and don’t have pets. I like drinking wine on occasion and love cooking. I’m a very chill woman and super open minded & flexible. Drama free and super clean I swear haha!!!!
