King-Sized Room in Newly Renovated Apartment I’m a 43yo professional man (attorney), renting two bedrooms in my three-bedroom apartment in Washington Heights. My 21yo son (in college in NYC) currently lives there, while I’m currently in Chelsea, and we’re looking for easy going, relaxed professional roommates to share our three bedroom apartment. Very nice layout, tons of closets, very large king sized bedrooms. We are respectful, quiet but friendly, respectful of other’s privacy and space, but at the same time open to socializing if you’re into it. The rooms are currently unfurnished, but we can work it out if you need a bed.
