The potential housemate will have their own room and private bathroom and will have full house privileges. I am living in the master bedroom. There is a new bed with Simmons BeautyRest mattress in the bedroom that I am willing to sell or if this is not an option, then this can be moved out to the living room and disposed later on. The apartment has in-house washer/dryer, central heating, dishwasher and all other standard amenities. The apartment community has excellent access to 280/87 freeways and is a short distance from Willow Glen downtown and Campbell downtown areas. The new phase of the community, slated to open shortly, will have some retail stores on as well. Light Rail Transit station is right across the street from the community. San Jose Caltrain is two light rail stations away and SJSU is about 3 miles away and accessible by light rail. No smoking is allowed on the property and pets are not allowed in this building. Rent is $2999/month and lease runs till September. So, the rent share will be half of that. Utilities are extra – water, trash, electricity and internet. Usually, the monthly utilities expenses add up to approx. ($140 in winter, $110 otherwise). We will be sharing the utilities evenly. 1 designated parking spot is assigned for the unit, so an additional parking spot will cost extra – I have heard it is 50$/month. There are unassigned parking spaces and street parking available as well. I am also open to considering someone taking over my lease in its entirety.
