I’m subletting my room beginning March 15th (maybe sooner if need be) in a very nice 3 bedroom apartment. Hardwood floors, heating/AC, very close to the subway, awesome private roof access, loads of natural light (lots of huge windows). Its the only apartment in the building so no annoying neighbors. You’d be living with two roommates – One girl and one guy, both very friendly and laid back. Very cool “hip” neighborhood, lots of bars, markets, etc. Apartment is above a pizza parlor – make friends with the people who work there and you’ve got free/cheap pizza.
