The complex is a gated community right by public trans and the freeway. High ceilings and good insulation. The complex has two pools, a cabana, outside grills, a dog park, and a great gym. There are two of us living in the apartment, we work 9-6, we’re nice, clean, don’t cook too much and like to go to sports games and take mini vacations around the area. Deposit is $500.
