Hey guys! We are now looking for new roommates who want to live in the living room of our apartment. $365 for each person if two students share the room, or $730 for one person. Even if you share with another person, I am pretty sure it would be still comfortable bc our living room is quite spacious! The apartment is in San Jose, close to Westgate Shopping Center and also Mitsuwa. Attached is a pic of the living room I am talking about. We need the new person(people) to move in by the beginning of the April!! LMK if you are interested in the details via message! FYI- not to mention but absolutely no crazy parties. Also, please keep in mind that we have our own rules for cleaning the apartment. We take turns every week to keep it always clean. Also, our guest rule is quite rough but no parties as it is mentioned but you can bring your friends over at least if you let us know beforehand. Thanks for your understanding!
